| Newly renovated house with great specs; newly fitted kitchen, bathrooms and great garden. Very good price and quality. The landlord is easy to talk and always answers his calls. Landlord is always looking to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Never had a problem with AMS. Highly recommended! |

| Our landlord is a real fair player and very reasonable. The house is good for the price we pay and in excellent condition. Any problems we have had with so far (we had a leaky sink pipe) have been dealt with immediatley. |
